The high-performance Y-Series fiber lasers are optimally suited for industrial product marking. For precise and economical direct part marking (DPM) of products and components, they are used across almost all metal and plastics processing industries: from automotive manufacturing and medical & security engineering to electronics. All types of codes (QR codes, DMC/DataMatrix codes, barcodes), alphanumeric characters, logos, and inscriptions are reliably and highly accurately marked by these fiber lasers. The marking head can optionally be equipped with an integrated camera system, which ensures zero-defect quality and process reliability through automatic optical validation and verification steps.

Thanks to their modular design, this fiber laser series offers maximum flexibility and enables straightforward adaptation to product-specific marking requirements as well as easy integration into production lines and FOBA workstations. Nine fiber lasers of different power classes and pulse widths are combined within a single modular platform. Marking field calibration and parameter sets for optimizing marking quality, accuracy, and speed make it possible to achieve the perfect configuration for any given application.
