Opis
The compact FOBA M1000 manual laser workstation is designed for high-quality laser marking of small components, medium-sized workpieces, and small batch production. In addition to the automotive industry and metal, tool, and mechanical engineering sectors, this small, mobile, and universal marking machine is particularly well-suited for medical technology, plastics processing industries, and contract laser marking (e.g. promotional items). The M1000 enables economical and high-quality marking of both small metallic and plastic parts, as well as series production parts.
This marking station, operated within Laser Class 1, features a program-controlled Z-axis, a compact worktable, and a smooth-running manual or optionally motorized lift door, allowing access to the workspace from three sides. To cover a wide range of applications, various fiber laser markers can be integrated.

The M-Series offers advanced manual workstations for precise and efficient laser marking of small to large and geometrically complex workpieces as well as batches and small series. Two enclosure sizes (M2000 and M3000) and three models each (B: with worktable, R: with rotary table, P: with X/Y/Z axis) are available. Modern fiber and UV lasers can be integrated, as well as camera systems for mark alignment, mark inspection, and code reading.
High-throughput R-models: motorized Z-axis, dual-station rotary table – ideal for marking a wide range of serial parts (e.g. automotive interior elements, metal parts, tools, medical products such as implants or instruments).
