Flexitechs

We now offer a flexible, reliable, and cost-effective packaging line based on 3 interconnected belt conveyors. Each conveyor features a substantial width of 800 mm and is equipped with motors capable of handling loads up to 50 kg per item. The maximum total load per conveyor is 150 kg (simultaneous weight).

This packaging line is ideal, for example, for transporting parcels/goods from manual packing tables to the shipping area, or as part of a basic assembly line in manual production.

The total length of the packaging line is approximately 17 meters, distributed across the following 3 modules:
- 2 belt conveyors, each 7,950 mm in length
- 1 belt conveyor, 1,080 mm in length.

The line is fitted with 3 emergency stop buttons and a straightforward control panel, which allows simple adjustment of the conveyor speed via an intuitive dial. The short conveyor is equipped with a gas strut, enabling it to function as a stop mechanism—when the belt is lifted, the rest of the conveyors automatically stop.

The conveyors can also be purchased separately.
