FJM Palettierer HYDRA 20 cobot palletizer

Stanje: novo, Leto izdelave: 2026, Funkcionalnost: popolnoma funkcionalen, The Impuls Packaging Cobot is an intelligent automation system designed to move and place products efficiently and precisely. It automatically handles the picking, positioning, and arranging of products on pallets or within packaging units, ensuring a smooth and consistent production flow. Thanks to the integrated automation technology, various packing patterns and processes can be stored directly within the system and retrieved as needed. This allows the Cobot to be flexibly adapted to changing products and production requirements without any retooling time. The Cobot can be equipped with various gripping options, including vacuum grippers (either pneumatically operated or with a dedicated vacuum motor), as well as specialized gripping systems for different applications. In cooperation with our German partner based in the Frankfurt region, we develop the optimal solution for your product, ensuring precise, safe, and efficient handling. Operation is via a user-friendly interface that enables simple setup and control, entirely without programming knowledge. Its compact design allows for seamless integration into existing production lines and requires only a small installation footprint. The use of our cobot increases process reliability and reduces dependency on staff shortages caused by illness or unfilled shifts. This ensures that production remains reliable and efficient, even with fluctuating personnel availability. Generally, the Cobot pays for itself in the first year.
