The container scale from WeDi GmbH is used to determine the fill level of roll-off containers. It consists of:

- 2 drive-on ramps, each measuring 1000 mm x 400 mm x 160 mm, made of 10 mm thick steel plates, including end stops with stiffening plates and braces, side centering rails, and mounting holes.
- 1 weighing beam, 100 mm x 100 mm, length 2,300 mm, U-profile design, 10 mm thick, with holes for the load cells.
- 1 weighing beam, 100 mm x 100 mm, length 1,400 mm, U-profile design, 10 mm thick, with holes for the load cells, including a 10 mm steel bearing plate, 10 mm steel stiffening plates, and 20 mm x 20 mm square steel for lateral guidance of the weighing beam.

For weight detection, a BKSB 15000 weighing cell kit is used (capacity: 15,000 kg, readability: 2 kg) comprising 4 K30S 5000 load cells with spacer plates, 4 load feet, 1 clamping and trimming box JBB-04, and 10 m scale cable for connection to the display electronics.

The scale electronics unit (BWI) features an illuminated 50 mm large display (dimensions: 250 x 160 x 60 mm) housed in a high-quality, slim plastic case for user-friendly operation. Basic functions: tare, zero, gross/net. The container scale is calibrated by us after installation to zero = empty Cat 3 container tare weight. Power supply: 220 Volt.
