FEMI DCS NG 110

New, innovative DCS system with 5 preset cutting speeds for the most common materials. Additionally, the band speed can be manually and continuously adjusted. A load indicator shows the motor load to minimize motor damage, possible saw blade breakage, and inaccurate cuts caused by excessive pressure. The NG system's reverse saw band rotation enables cutting up to 40% faster than traditional machines. The patented slip clutch prevents over-tensioning of the saw blade. A cutting line laser simplifies precise material alignment. Despite a large cutting capacity of 110x85 mm, the machine is very lightweight at just 17 kg. Both the saw frame and base plate are made from die-cast aluminum, providing significant weight reduction. The integrated vise, cast directly into the base plate, ensures maximum precision. Miter adjustment from 0 to 45° and adjustable blade guides allow for versatile applications and accurate cuts.
