Opis

The used FAVRETTO MB 100 CN tangential grinding machine is a hydraulic surface grinder with full CNC control, equipped with a magnetic table measuring 1,000x400mm and a working area of 1200x500x550mm, thanks to a 380x70mm grinding wheel.

The machine, fitted with a PCL CNC controller, offers various automatic grinding wheel dressing and machining cycles. It features a coolant tank with a water pump and filtration unit, a TECNOMAGNETE electromagnetic table, and a diamond dresser on the table.

The machine has recently undergone a complete retrofit (including the electrical system and overall compliance update) and has just been reconditioned in its main mechanical components (Z-axis screw and bearings, lubrication, etc.).
