Vibrating screens are used in crushing and screening plants to separate finished products of various particle sizes. When material is fed onto the screen, smaller particles pass through the screening surface. Vibrating screens are manufactured in two, three, and four deck versions and in various sizes. The vibration system can be positioned at the center or on top of the screen body. This system is powered by the rotation of eccentric weights attached to a shaft mounted on the screen body. The screen body is supported on a fixed or mobile chassis equipped with robust helical springs that absorb vibrations. The vibration system of these vibrating screens is driven by a belt-pulley transmission and an electric motor. Horizontal screens that provide higher screening quality are driven by dual drive centers.
