The first station processes the parts from below using two counter-rotating cross belts, while the second station processes the parts from above, also using two counter-rotating cross belts. The cross belts enable rounding of both the inner and outer edges of the workpieces. Sharp edges on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts produced by laser cutting, punching, or shearing are removed. Simultaneous processing of both sides of laser-cut or punched metal parts saves time and reduces production costs. Another advantage of the DM1100 2C is its ability to process small parts from 50 mm.
