Das CNC BAYKAL Hybrid-Abkantpressensystem ist mit einem individuellen elektrohydraulischen Servoantrieb und Servopumpen ausgestattet, die getrennt die linke und rechte Zylinderseite steuern. Der Servomotor regelt den Förderstrom der Ölpumpe entsprechend der Programmvorgabe und steuert so die Geschwindigkeit sowie die Positionsgenauigkeit des Pressbalkens; während des gesamten Prozesses tritt dabei kein Drosselphänomen auf. Dadurch steht die von der Ölpumpe erzeugte Energie vollständig den beiden Hydraulikzylindern zur Verfügung. Diese Steuerungsmethode verursacht keinerlei Energieverluste und die Energieeinsparungswirkung ist besonders deutlich. Das System sorgt dafür, dass die Hydraulik nur bei Betätigung des Fußpedals arbeitet – die Pumpe läuft nicht dauerhaft, wie bei herkömmlichen Hydrauliksystemen. Dies führt zu einem geringeren Energieverbrauch, schnelleren Zykluszeiten und höchster Präzision im Vergleich zu Standard-Hydraulikmaschinen. Der Förderstrom und der Druck der Y1- und Y2-Hydraulikzylinder werden jeweils durch zwei Servobidirektional-Pumpensysteme geregelt, wobei das Öl des oberen Zylinders direkt durch die Pumpe in den unteren Zylinderraum geleitet wird, um das Anheben des Pressbalkens zu realisieren. Durch die Umkehrung der Drehrichtung der Pumpe wird das Öl aus dem unteren Zylinderraum gepumpt, um die Abwärtsbewegung und das Biegen mit dem Oberwerkzeug zu ermöglichen. Einsatzbereich von 100 bis 1.250 Tonnen – die Synchronisation der linken und rechten Seite des Oberbalkens bei den CNC BAYKAL Hybrid-Abkantpressen wird jeweils separat durch zwei Servobidirektional-Pumpensysteme kontrolliert.
