Quick assistance in the event of tool breakage
The eromobil® metal disintegrator removes broken taps, twist drills, and much more within minutes without damaging the workpiece. This professional solution minimizes production downtime and helps avoid scrap parts.

Easy to use
A hollow copper electrode is clamped in the oscillating head. It has a smaller diameter than the broken tool. During the disintegration process, the core of the broken tool is destroyed. The cutting edges are loosened and can be easily removed. The electrode does not come into contact with the workpiece, ensuring the thread remains undamaged. Standard drilling emulsion is used as coolant.
