ESTA WELDEX FT-150

The WELDEX FT series of filtration towers has been specially designed for the effective removal of welding fumes in manufacturing plants. These units are mainly intended for extracting contaminated air during the welding of large or complex metal components, where source extraction is impractical. Fine particles are separated by M-class filter cartridges, which are automatically cleaned during operation using pulsed compressed air (pulse-jet cleaning).

The WELDEX FT filtration tower is positioned in the center of the work area. Fume-laden ambient air is drawn into the upper part of the unit from all around, purified, and draft-free, recirculated back into the hall through two side outlets. A three-part collection drawer gathers the particulates separated in the pre-separator and filter chambers.
