The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precision-controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide selection of press forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to meet your individual requirements.

This CNC-controlled press brake can also be extended as a tandem machine, providing you with great flexibility for bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precision CNC control, ensures long-lasting and reliable performance. In addition, the machine offers a wide range of options and accessories to tailor it to your specific needs.

The DELEM DA CNC graphic controller enables convenient operation via touchscreen and provides a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily controlled via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are started using a foot switch. In addition to this safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones are automatically calculated via the CNC control of the press brake.
