The ERMAK SPEED BEND PRO press brake is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, providing maximum flexibility for bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, coupled with precise CNC control, guarantees durable and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine offers a wide range of extension and equipment options, allowing you to tailor it to your specific needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical control enables convenient operation via touchscreen and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine is easily operated using an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are initiated via a foot switch. For added safety, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. The CNC control automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning settings, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
