The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide choice of press forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded as a tandem machine, offering great flexibility with bending lengths. Numerous features are available to ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precision CNC control, guarantees durable and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine offers a variety of expansion and equipment options for individual customization according to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic control offers convenient operation via touchscreen and includes a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are initiated by a foot switch. In addition to this safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The CNC control automatically calculates press force, bending tolerance, crowning setting, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
