The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, giving you great flexibility in bending lengths. It is equipped with numerous features for easy and safe operation. The robust machine design combined with the precise CNC control ensures long-lasting and reliable performance. In addition, the machine comes with a range of extension and equipment options to be individually tailored to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic control enables convenient operation via touch screens and provides a comprehensive safety package. Operation is simple via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending processes are initiated by a foot pedal. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the work area and a rear light curtain. The CNC control automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, stamping force, and tool safety zones.
