The manufacturer ERMAK offers you a robust and durable machine for cost‐effective sheet metal processing with its hydraulic swing beam shear, HGS series. This compact all-round machine will increase your productivity. The HGS hydraulic swing beam shear supports you with precise, fast, and efficient cuts in your daily operations. Hydraulic hold-downs are used to clamp the sheet and, combined with the work table featuring integrated ball transfer units, ensure ergonomic and efficient cutting for the operator. The CNC control allows you to select various sheet types already stored in the material library. After selecting the maximum thickness, the optimal blade gap is automatically set by the CNC electro-hydraulic adjustment but can also be set manually. The position and retract function of the motorized backgauge can be easily set via touchscreen. Furthermore, the control system provides storage for cutting programs with different cut sequences.
