Technical specifications for the test rig:

Electro-pneumatically controlled multi-impact testing device with 3/4" connection for a stationary compressed air system, consisting of the following components:

- Impact assembly with compressed air reservoir, pressure regulator for working pressure, and acceleration tube
- Adjustable vibratory conveyor for feeding shot media

- Control panel with main power switch, feed time adjustment, switch to initiate stone chip test, and multifunction display showing working pressure, test duration, feed time settings, and test counters (total/temporary)
- Sample clamping device with adjustable impact angle

Scope of delivery includes 1 kg shot material (gravel according to ASTM D 3170)* and operating manual.

Power supply: 230 VAC / 50 Hz (other voltages available on request)
