ERBA EVP-RA 550 Rundvibrator mit Separierung

The EVP-RA 550 vibratory finishing machine from ERBA features a rising working container bottom with integrated separation system. It is equipped with an easily exchangeable screening unit and stands out for its high work efficiency, thanks to an integrated drop stage. Emptying and separation are carried out via the integrated flap (manual/pneumatic). On request, reinforced suspension and a higher-powered motor can be installed for heavier duty cycles. The motor speed can be infinitely adjusted via a frequency converter (optional). Due to its lateral discharge, the EVP-RA 550 can be linked with other machines. The system can be equipped with a fully automatic PLC control system (optional).

ERBA vibratory finishing systems are known for their durability and longevity, which are due in part to the hot-cast polyurethane lining of the processing container.
