ERBA EVP-A 550

The EVP-RA 550 vibratory finishing machine from ERBA features a flat-bottomed process chamber with integrated separation, designed for processing medium to large workpieces. It is equipped with an easily exchangeable screening unit. Unloading and separation take place via the integrated gate (manual/pneumatic operation). On request, reinforced springs and a more powerful motor can be installed for heavy-duty applications. The motor speed can be infinitely adjusted using a frequency inverter (optional). Thanks to its lateral discharge, the EVP-A 550 can be linked with other machines. The system can also be optionally equipped with a fully automatic PLC control.

ERBA vibratory finishing systems are distinguished by their durability and resilience, which is largely due to the hot-cast polyurethane lining of the process chamber.
