About the EP CPD50L1 Forklift Demo Unit:
The CPD50L1 builds on the proven heavy-duty CPD50F8 from EP, presenting itself as an improved variant better tailored to modern demands. The truck features an optimized appearance with a shorter overall length and a bolted overhead guard at 2250 mm height, specifically designed for container loading. Equipped with a suitable mast, the CPD50L1 can efficiently transport goods inside standard containers. The series comes standard with a powerful 80V/560Ah lithium battery and offers an optional larger 80V/690Ah battery for intensive applications. The driving speed has been significantly increased, boosting handling efficiency. The CPD50L1 also offers a joystick option, allowing for comfortable operation over a palm-sized area compared to manual levers.

The CPD50L1 series provides two lithium battery options—80V/560Ah and 80V/690Ah—to suit various requirements. Benefits of lithium technology such as opportunity charging, maintenance-free operation, and zero carbon emissions ensure comfortable and sustainable use.

High Travel Speed for Maximum Efficiency:
Compared to the classic CPD50F8, the travel speed of the CPD50L1 has been increased to 16/18 km/h, accelerating warehouse throughput and maximizing transport efficiency.

Joystick Option for Fatigue-Free Operation:
The CPD50L1 can be equipped with hydraulic joysticks instead of mechanical levers. This setup enables fingertip control, enhancing operator ergonomics through improved controls.

Market-Proven Components and Optimized Layout:
The CPD50L1 utilizes mature components such as drive unit, motors, controllers, and mast for maximum reliability. The box frame structure is more rigid, providing greater stability, and the new hydraulic pump ensures more precise and quieter lifting.
