CNC 12-axis machining center designed for milling, drilling, and cutting operations on aluminum and light alloys in general. The QUADRA L1 consists of an automatic tool magazine and a pusher feed system for profiles up to 7,500 mm, including a profile clamping gripper drive. The feeder returns to its initial position by moving the collet, allowing the loader to simultaneously prepare the next profile. The central section houses the milling module and the cutting module. The CNC 4-axis milling module is equipped with 4 to 6 electrospindles and allows for complete contour machining of the workpiece, regardless of its orientation. The CNC 3-axis cutting module features a Ø 600 mm blade with down-stroke movement. The QUADRA L1 also includes an automatic outfeed unit that transports parts from the cutting unit to the unloading magazine. This unit consists of a magazine with transverse belts for unloading machined profiles up to 4,000 mm in length (7,500 mm optional). The machining unit can be optionally fitted with a soundproof cabin to enclose the central operating area, providing operator safety and reducing noise emissions.
