Emmegi Classic Magic 500 5 Meter

Electronic double mitre saw with automatic feed of the movable cutting head, powered by a brushless motor with a CNC control system. Pneumatic angle adjustment in three fixed positions: 90°, 45°, and 22°30’ (external), or mechanical system for manual setting of intermediate angles. Hydro-pneumatic feed of saw blades. Swiveling heads: Head rotation on the horizontal axis by pneumatic cylinders; achievable angles range from 90° to 22°30' external. Intermediate angles can be set via special manually adjustable stops. The mobile units feature integrated pneumatic crash protection devices for the machining area.

Pneumatic Intermediate Support
The pneumatic intermediate support is highly useful when cutting long, lightweight profiles. In such cases, the pneumatic support automatically provides ideal profile support.

Additional Clamp for Profile Support on Roller Conveyors
After each cut, the remaining short profile section tends to fall onto the roller conveyor, risking contact with the saw blade edge while the cutting phase is still in progress. This movement can damage both the workpiece and the freshly cut section. The additional vice installed on the roller conveyor prevents this issue by securing the profile throughout the cutting process.

Year of manufacture: 2019 – As new! The saw has had very little use; original protective film is still present on the printer and display! Since the machine does not have a cut counter, the total number of cuts cannot be verified. However, a quick inspection will show the saw is as new and barely used. Previously used for training only!
