WHAT IS AN OCTABIN TIPPER?

An octabin tipper is an industrial automation system designed for the controlled and safe emptying of plastic granulate or regranulate from high-capacity octabin containers.

The octabins are loaded by forklift and are then precisely lifted and tipped using a hydraulic or chain-driven lifting system. The material is discharged into the lower hopper from where it can be conveyed directly into the production line via vacuum or dosing systems.

This system is primarily used in plastics injection moulding and extrusion operations to reduce manual labour, accelerate production processes, and ensure safe material handling.
