Eckert Cutting Technology Jantar 2

Offered for sale is a pre-owned CNC-controlled flame cutting machine, model Jantar 2, manufactured by Eckert Cutting Technology. The machine is located at our client’s site and is fully operational. Inspection is possible upon prior arrangement and appointment. The Jantar is designed for precise contour cutting up to 100mm. Featuring dual-sided drive, the machine achieves high cut quality even with small holes.

The system utilizes the ECK 872 Windows-based control program. Thanks to an intuitive menu structure, the machine is ready for cutting with just a few user actions. The controller is integrated into the system as a rider version.

The CNC controller is equipped with FINEST CUT Light 6.38 Software (Windows 2000/XP/Vista). It allows for designing with CAD and CAM features, using a flag library/generator, automatic flag creation based on thickness/material, and DXF-Import.

The machine/control system is also fitted with the HD 3000 plasma torch support with arc voltage height control. This feature ensures exceptionally precise torch positioning above the material to be cut (oscillation tolerance under 20 µm at the torch holder). Its main advantage comes from the interactive CUTBUS system, which automatically applies all piercing, cutting, and travel parameters from the technology database stored on the controller.

Additionally, the system is equipped with the ESR-600 system. The ESR-600 features a special rotary head, allowing pipe cutting with diameters between 100mm and 315mm. The chuck is suitable for pipes with diameters from 120–204mm. It includes a ride-along extraction pipe, inserted inside the workpiece, with a collection container.

Also included is the self-cleaning cartridge filter unit PFC-4. The advantages of this self-cleaning filtration system include optimal cleaning behavior, operator convenience, and minimal maintenance. The filter unit is equipped with a BIA M category cartridge filter (separation efficiency >99%).

The cutting table features an under-table extraction system with an internal extraction duct. The table surface consists of 100 x 5mm steel slats installed at an angle. The table is divided into 500mm wide sections, ensuring optimal pollutant capture while requiring relatively low airflow.
