Applications: The remote-controlled SPIDER ILD is designed for the maintenance of uneven and inaccessible terrain, with gradients up to 40° (up to 55° with the optionally available winch). The mower handles rough ground, wild growth, and neglected lawns just as well as well-maintained parks. It is invaluable, especially for ditch maintenance along roadsides, mowing grass in orchards and tree nurseries, landfills, areas around power plants, airports or mountain hotels, ski slopes, parks, and military zones.

Additionally, it can be used in agriculture and is often deployed for mowing golf courses and other sports facilities. Its unique drive system makes it ideal for maintaining the surroundings of reservoirs, rivers, and dams. The machine is exceptionally environmentally friendly due to its low weight and soil-conserving drivetrain. The 4-wheel drive allows the mower to operate in wetlands and protected nature reserves.
