Integrated Pick-and-Place System for Industrial Assembly Technology

The DS Place has been developed to reduce the high integration effort associated with conventional pick-and-place solutions. In many projects, robots, feeders, vision systems, and controls are procured separately and integrated via interfaces. This results in increased coordination effort and longer commissioning times.

The DS Place is designed as a fully coordinated complete system.

System Components:

- SCARA Robot
- Camera-based component recognition
Djdpfow Rm Hwex Abtouu
- Automatic feeding via material hopper and pick conveyor
- Integrated PLC control system

Functionality:
Components are automatically conveyed from the material hopper onto the pick conveyor, identified by a camera, and then precisely transferred to a discharge conveyor or a downstream system.
