Powered roller conveyors are used for horizontal transport of goods. The conveyed material is moved along driven rollers. The selection of roller type depends on the specific requirements of the transported material. We use proven Interroll rollers, available in zinc-plated steel or stainless steel versions. Roller drive utilises a motor with gearbox, which can be equipped with a frequency converter. The conveyor frame is made of a steel C-profile with a protective side plastic strip. For side guidance, guiding rails (L profile or tubing) are used. The roller pitch depends on the size of the conveyed goods. The material should always rest on at least three rollers.
