Container Tanker Cleaning Station JetPetroClean

The installation is designed for cleaning the interior of tanks after petroleum products, particularly railway tankers. The cleaning process runs in a closed-loop system using hot water or hot water with detergents. Cleaning is performed by inserting a washing head through the top manhole of the tanker, followed by washing the tank interior at a specified pressure. The dirty water is drained via the bottom inlets of the tanker using diaphragm pumps into a container tank. There, after separating contaminants, the water returns to the circuit and is reused for further cleaning. Cleaning one tanker takes approximately 1 hour. The next step is drying the interior and removing solid wastes from the tank using exhaust fans. After the cleaning process, the installation is purged and dried using compressors.
