User-friendly design for faster deployment
The CR5A features the industry’s first dual-channel end-effector design, enabling direct connection with multiple end-of-arm tools. It is also equipped with a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive recognition of the operating state.

More possibilities with high payload and large reach
The CR5A offers a working radius of 900 mm and a maximum payload of 5 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR5A delivers improved stability and up to 50% lower residual vibration during emergency stops.

24 I/O interfaces for maximum flexibility
The CR5A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and can seamlessly interface with PLC systems. It features 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading PNP/NPN support for easy expansion of applications.

High safety level for reliable collaboration
Both the robot body and control unit are rated IP54 for protection. In case of overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. The CR5A is also equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake safety system, reducing the drop height of the end tool in the event of a power failure.
