Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility, and user-friendliness of the CR series, the CR3A breaks the 3 kg payload barrier, opening up a broader range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 620 mm, the CR3A meets the requirements for heavy-duty picking, packaging, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metal processing industries.

User-friendly design for faster implementation
The CR3A utilizes the industry’s first dual-channel end effector design, allowing direct connection to multiple end tools. It also features a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive detection of the operating status.

More possibilities with high payload and large reach.
The CR3A offers a working radius of 620 mm and a maximum payload of 3 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR3A operates more smoothly and exhibits 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency stops.

24 interface ports for increased flexibility
The CR3A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and can be seamlessly integrated with PLCs. It features 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN circuits, allowing easy application expansion.

High protection level for safe collaboration.
The robot housing and control unit achieve a high protection rating of IP54. The robot automatically issues an alarm in the event of overload. The CR3A is also equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake protection that reduces the end effector’s drop distance in case of power failure.
