Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility, and user-friendliness of the CR Series, the CR10A breaks the payload barrier of 10 kg, opening up a wider range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 1,300 mm, the CR10A meets the demands of heavy-duty picking, packaging, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metal processing industries.

User-friendly design for faster deployment
The CR10A features the industry’s first dual-channel end effector design, allowing direct connection to multiple end-of-arm tools. It also has a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive monitoring of operational status.

Greater possibilities with high payload and large reach
The CR10A offers a working radius of 1,300 mm and a maximum payload of 10 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR10A operates more stably and exhibits 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency stops.

24 interface ports for increased flexibility
The CR10A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols, ensuring seamless connection to PLCs. It is equipped with 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN circuits, making application expansion simple.

High protection level for safe collaboration
The robot housing and control unit are rated IP54 for high protection. In case of overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. The CR10A is also fitted with an innovative electromagnetic brake safety system, reducing the drop height of the end effector in the event of a power failure.
