Robust steel construction – designed for continuous operation

The base structure consists of a heavy-duty construction steel frame, manufactured from laser-cut, bent, and welded components.
The surface is finished with high-quality powder coating in RAL0208.

Modular Design:
Our conveyor belt frames are available in transportable sections. This makes the system:

- Easy to transport and assemble
- Extensible or retractable at any time
- Ideally suited for later modifications or system adjustments

Conveying Technology & Troughing Idlers

The troughing roller assembly on the return side is designed for smooth and reliable operation:

- Shaft Ø: 60/15 mm
- Roller station spacing: approx. 500 mm (customisable)
- In the loading area, a narrower roller spacing can be provided on request for increased load capacity

Drive & Rollers

The drive roller and tail roller are made of S235 steel, welded and precisely machined:

- Ø 220 × 700 mm, crowned surface
- Shaft secured with tension bearings
- Bearing points with heavy-duty UCF flange bearings incl. grease nipples

Drive unit:

- Gearmotor: Hydromec worm gear, 1.1 kW
- Belt speed: approx. 1.15 m/s
- Connection: 400V / 50 Hz, protection class IP54
- Drive unit pre-wired up to the motor terminal box
(Commissioning must be performed by a qualified electrician)
- Motor mounted on the right in conveying direction, in pulling configuration

Conveyor Belt

A durable, industrial-grade belt is used:

- Type: DM EP250/2, 3+1.5 cover
- Chevron profile, 17 mm high, 650 mm wide
- Splice area without profile
- Endless hot vulcanised
