Modular design and drives
Each section is independently driven by a servomotor (“SmartServo system”)
Motorized linear guides for carrier movement ensure precise transport and positioning
Memory Job recall function for fast changeover between repeat jobs

Machine sections – main functions:
1. Feeder Section – Friction feeder with adjustable vibrator, side gates, servomotor drive, suction belt, touchscreen panel, rear support for long blanks
2. Side Register Section – Blanks are positioned to one side for perfect parallel feeding; quick setup; servo motor
3. Pre-folding Section (optional in AC/PC/SL models) – 180° pre-folder (flap), 135° pre-folder (third crease), crease openers
4. Crash Lock Bottom Section – Set of hooks and helixes for folding front flaps, adjustable hook tension, B-lock setup, rapid adjustment
5. Gluing Unit – One lower (left) and optional lower right glue tanks; top cold glue system on request; easy removal and cleaning
6. Folding & Closing Section – Servo-driven outer belts (up to 180°), three full carriers (upper/lower), mini-box folder, service access
7. Trombone / Transfer Section – Independent drive, automatic belt tensioning, pneumatic squaring devices, box transfer system to the pressing section

8. Press Section – Pneumatic/servo press section, manual/auto modes, length approx. 6.5 m (effective approx. 4 m), pressure adjustment, front squaring device
9. Back-folding Device (only in SL models) – Electronic, unsynchronized system, two independent servomotors, easy setup for 4- and 6-corner boxes
10. Optional Scoring / Creasing Module – Servo-driven scoring section, located before pre-folding, enables deeper scores
