The unit was used for feeding electrical connector contact pins.

The pins are preloaded in the material hopper; the feed conveyor supplies the pins on demand to the bowl feeder.
From the bowl feeder, the product is fed via a linear feeder to the part turner.
The part turner aligns the product to the correct orientation and releases it for further processing.
The unit comes from a prototype system; an external electrical control is not included and should be provided via a PLC.
Without modification, suitable for automatic and correctly oriented feeding of threaded bolts up to M4 x 40, for example.
