Machine suitable for concrete pile drilling, soil improvement, and vibro replacement. Carrier unit: Sennebogen SR25BT (year 2008), equipped with Delmag RH18 drilling mast (year 2009). Drilling table stroke 12.50 m, total height 19.91 m. Outreach 3.165 - 4.00 m. Feed winch, auxiliary winch, winch for supply line with freewheel, rear platform. Drilling table SHT25. THE KDK ROTARY DRILLING HEAD BT180-2 IS NOT PRESENT, THIS IS A DEDICATED SOIL IMPROVEMENT MACHINE, drill gearbox MBDA 3500 ABI. Comes with single auger. NO Kelly bar. Mast support cylinder, automatic alignment. Hydraulic telescopic undercarriage, adjustable width from 3.0 m to 4.40 m. CAT C9 engine was overhauled by CAT in 2015 at 3,304 operating hours. Drill bits and drilling accessories are available separately. Also available: mobile mixing plant by MAT, consisting of mixing tank (throughput 20 m³/h), screw conveyor, agitator tank (capacity 4,000 L), and plunger pump with remote control. Machine condition corresponds to the recorded operating hours. As of the 2023 inspection, the machine operated without issues. As of October 2024, storage damage is noted on valves, controls, and hydraulic hoses. Simultaneous use of two attachments is not possible. The machine shows age- and usage-related wear on pins and bushings as well as typical signs of use (dents, scuffs, etc.). The machine was not tested under load. It was previously used with 55 mm and 80 mm paddles. Ready for work following service and repair of storage damage.
