DAF XF AT-Boretec HS Bentonit-Misch-Recyclingsystem

DAF XF480 AT-Boretec HS2, approx. 1,900 operating hours, last inspection at 1,760 operating hours. The HS2 system truck is a bentonite mixing and recycling system designed for use in complex drilling projects. Equipped with a 45 kVA generator, the HS2 offers a powerful and reliable solution. The system features ten hydrocyclones and three centrifugal pumps, each with a power output of 7.5 kW, enabling efficient processing and transfer of drilling fluid. The shaker is fitted with three flatscreen double-deck screens with six screens in total, ensuring thorough screening and cleaning of the drilling fluids. The total tank capacity is 12,000 liters, distributed across three tanks, providing large capacity for drilling fluids. Additionally, the HS2 includes a fresh water tank with a capacity of 1,100 liters. The HS2 system truck is integrated into a BDF container structure, offering maximum flexibility and mobility for use at various locations. The HS2 system truck features a 4,000-liter larger tank capacity, resulting in a total volume of 12,000 liters.

The most proven all-rounder with a total tank volume of 12 m³ (5 + 5 + 2), sold over 200 times since 2015 and continuously developed for successful ongoing operation. Optimally designed for drilling rigs with a performance class of 15–25 t. The three KSB centrifugal pumps, each with a delivery capacity of 1,100 l/min (7.5 kW), are powered by an underfloor mounted 50 kVA generator.

Max. cleaning performance up to 150 m³/day or 15 m³/h

Centrifuge option: For drilling rigs with small bentonite high-pressure quick-running pumps to significantly increase service life. 10 hydrocyclones for fine solids separation: 2.2 bar
