Weima Briquetting Press TH 714

The TH 714 machines are designed for operations requiring throughput capacities of up to 150 kg/h. The robust press housing enables the production of high-density briquettes from materials such as wood, polystyrene, foams, light metals, paper, or biomass. Numerous additional options can be implemented, such as an oil cooling system for multi-shift operation. All machines are available in both left- and right-hand designs. Installation on a stable base frame ensures quick setup and allows for mobile use.

User-friendly operation thanks to Siemens PLC control

To uphold our performance promise, we design and manufacture all control cabinets ourselves at our Ilsfeld location, equipping them with reputable international components. This guarantees the highest quality in a compact build. The Siemens PLC control system is perfectly tuned to the requirements of the briquetting process.

The conveyor screw, which transports material into the briquetting press pre-compactor, is mounted on a cardan joint. This prevents foreign objects from damaging the conveyor screw. As always, the choice of mounting depends on the specific application. For metal processing, for example, we often recommend rigidly mounted screws.
