Used temperature test chamber from CTS – Clima Temperatur Systeme GmbH. According to the previous owner, it was used for HV battery testing; suitable for temperature and material testing, environmental simulation, and quality assurance.

EQUIPMENT
Digital temperature control with 32-bit controller, LCD setpoint/actual value display, manual and program operation, stainless steel test chamber (1.4301), stainless steel heating element, radial fan, lockable double-leaf door, water-cooled refrigeration unit, separate control cabinet. Test chamber floor load: 500 kg.

SAFETY AND CONNECTIONS
Nitrogen inertization, O2 residual content and CO monitoring, Dräger-Polytron sensors according to the previous owner, ATEX-tested flame arrestors according to manufacturer’s documents, electromagnetic door locking, mechanical emergency opening, safety temperature limiter, overpressure switch in the refrigeration circuit, fan motor current monitoring.
RS232; potential-free fault report contact. HV connections and cooling water connections for test specimens according to the previous owner.
Max. heat radiation: 5,000 W at -40 °C.
Cooling water: R 1 inch, approx. 2.5 m³/h at ΔT 10 K and full load.
Nitrogen: R 3/4 inch, operating pressure 3–6 bar.
Condensate drain: R 1 inch internal thread.
Sound pressure level: below 70 dB(A) according to the manufacturer.
