APPLICATIONS
The single-shaft shredders of the Q series are suitable for processing almost all types of plastics. These machines shred production waste, pipes, automotive parts, blow-molded materials such as PET bottles, PE/PP bottles, containers, or buckets. In addition, materials like wood, paper, and cardboard can also be easily shredded.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Q series consists of single-shaft shredders with a powerful hydraulic horizontal pusher mounted at an angle. The machine is highly versatile and can be used for shredding any type of material, making it well-suited for various industries.
The rotors feature a diameter of 400 mm and a width ranging from 600 to 1700 mm, powered by a gearbox drive with low speed and high torque. The hydraulic unit is well integrated into the machine frame, saving space and protecting it from damage, while remaining easily accessible or removable for maintenance.

ADVANTAGES
