CLSM 1300×35 Sheet Straightening Machine

The CLSM 1300×35 sheet straightening machine is a high-precision, industrial-grade system designed to eliminate deformations occurring after laser cutting, punching, and similar sheet metal processing operations.

Equipped with a servo motor-controlled, multi-point adjustable straightening mechanism, it delivers stable and repeatable straightening results for different sheet thicknesses and material types.

The induction-hardened straightening rollers, made of AISI 4140 material, provide long service life and consistent performance under intensive production conditions.

The highly rigid steel frame, subjected to stress relieving, minimizes vibrations and enables precise straightening capability. The CLSM 1300×35 is equipped with European origin drive and electrical components, and offers easy adjustment and safe operation through its operator-friendly control system.
