Modern, fully enclosed fiber laser for sheet metal cutting. The range includes lasers with power from 1000W to 6000W, and top-quality components ensure long-lasting and trouble-free operation of the fiber laser.

Fiber laser cutting machines are modern devices distinguished by numerous advantages. FIBER technology enables cutting of sheets and other materials of varying thicknesses, from very thin to very thick. The laser wavelength in FIBER technology is 1.064 micrometers.

Sliding Gantry Made from Seasoned Aerospace Aluminium
The sliding gantry frame is made of seasoned aerospace-grade aluminium, formed with a pressure of 4300 tons for exceptional rigidity. Aerospace aluminium provides many advantages: high rigidity (greater than cast iron), low weight, resistance to corrosion and oxidation, and excellent machinability.

Exchangable Working Table
The exchangable working table consists of upper and lower platforms; their movement and exchange are controlled by the controller. The machine can exchange platforms within 15 seconds.

Welded Bed – Rectangular Tube Construction
The bed structure features an internal honeycomb design, made from numerous welded rectangular tubes. Stiffeners are placed inside the tubes to increase the bed’s strength and enhance the rigidity and stability of the guide rail, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, stability, and tensile resistance ensure 20 years of distortion-free operation.

Raytools Cutting Head
- Automatic Focus Adjustment – Autofocus – Software-controlled lens adjustment automatically adapts focal length for cutting different material thicknesses. Auto-focus speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
- Wider Manual Adjustment Range – Adjustment range -10mm to +10mm; precision of 0.01 mm is suitable for various material thicknesses (0–20 mm), for powers up to 1500W.
