Sliding gantry made of aerospace-grade seasoned aluminum
The sliding gantry structure is made of seasoned aerospace aluminum, pressed with a force of 4,300 tons, providing exceptional rigidity. Aerospace aluminum offers numerous benefits: high stiffness (greater than cast iron), low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.

Extended service life. Collimating and focusing lenses are equipped with water-cooled heat sinks, effectively lowering the temperature of the cutting head to extend its operational life.

Wider adjustment range. Adjustable range -10 mm ~ +10 mm, precision 0.01 mm, accommodates plate thicknesses 0 ~ 20 mm.

Automatic focus adjustment (above 1500W) – Autofocus – The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens when cutting sheets of different thicknesses. The autofocus adjustment speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.

Project display screen
The monitor features a vertical display with fast response times, high contrast, wide viewing angle, low energy consumption, and high resolution. Additionally, it offers superior brightness, lower reflectivity, and increased durability.

Welded bed made of rectangular profiles
The machine bed features an internal honeycomb structure, welded from multiple rectangular tubes. Stiffeners inside the tubes increase bed strength as well as the rigidity and stability of the guide rail, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, stability, and tensile resistance guarantee 20 years of distortion-free operation.
