Sliding gantry body made of high-pressure die-cast aluminum:
The sliding gantry body is manufactured using high-pressure die casting technology at 4,300 tons, utilizing an alloy commonly used in the aerospace industry. The aging process gives the body high strength. Aerospace-grade aluminum offers benefits such as high ductility, low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and easy machinability.

Bed structure:
The bed is internally structured in a honeycomb pattern, made from numerous welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes further increase the bed's strength, as well as the rigidity and stability of the guide rail, effectively preventing deformation.

Raytools cutting head:
