Gantry Body Made of High-Pressure Cast Aluminium:
The gantry body is manufactured using high-pressure casting technology with a force of 4,300 tonnes from an alloy used in the aerospace industry. The body undergoes ageing to achieve high strength. Aerospace-grade aluminium offers many advantages, such as good ductility, low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and is easy to machine.

Bed Structure:
The bed features an internal honeycomb structure made from multiple welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside these tubes increase bed strength, as well as the rigidity and stability of the guide rail, effectively preventing deformation.

Raytools Cutting Head:
- Greater range of manual adjustment – Adjustment range: -10 mm to +10 mm, 0.01 mm precision for various material thicknesses (0-20 mm)
- Long service life. The collimating and focusing lenses are equipped with water-cooled radiators, which lower the temperature of the cutting head, extending its lifespan.
- The CYPCUT system offers a wide range of shape creation and editing, import of DXF files, advanced automatic sheet nesting, and extensive device configuration options, including full adjustment of all cutting and machine kinematics parameters.
