Front-opening sandblasting cabin is a major convenience when processing large and heavy workpieces. Telescopic actuators installed in the door facilitate opening. The sandblaster is equipped as standard with an integrated dust extraction system for dust generated during sandblasting. It is supplied with a set of nozzles, sandblasting gun, and protective stickers for the viewing window.

Machine Description

Dust-free operation is ensured thanks to the use of peripheral seals, allowing environmentally friendly working. The sandblasting hose is placed at the bottom of the collection container. A drain hole allows for quick change of blasting media. The sandblaster is used for cleaning and processing various types of surfaces, e.g. rust, paint, and deposits removal from metal surfaces such as automotive parts, engines, fittings, housings, wheels, rims, etc. As abrasive media you can use quartz, silicon carbide, glass beads, plastic sand, emery, and other materials.
