Opis
The refrigerated compressed air dryer is designed to lower the temperature of compressed air and remove water and oil particles contained in the flowing air. Refrigerated dryers are essential in applications where humid air could cause corrosion, contamination, or damage to tools, machinery, or finished products. By removing moisture, the dryer increases the reliability and service life of compressed air systems.
The refrigerated dryer has been engineered for maximum efficiency and durability. The main design components include:
1. Air-to-air heat exchanger
In the first stage, the incoming air passes through the heat exchanger, where it is pre-cooled by the colder air exiting the evaporator. Thanks to the counterflow operation, heat recovery increases the overall energy efficiency of the system.
2. Refrigeration circuit evaporator
In the second stage, the compressed air enters the evaporator, where it is cooled down to a dew point temperature of 3°C. This condenses the contained water vapor and oil particles.
3. Condensate separator
After cooling, the gas and condensate mixture goes to a highly efficient separator, where condensate is separated and automatically discharged from the device.
4. Fan control system
Variable-speed fan technology allows for intelligent adjustment of cooling intensity to actual demand, reducing energy consumption and increasing component lifespan.
