The machine comes with two control cabinets (controls/heating and converter for ABB DC motor), an operator panel, a motor fan, and a volumetric Accurate dosing system. Three fully equipped pairs of screw shafts are included with the machine (not included in the price).

The machine does not have a continuous base frame, i.e., the gearbox and process section share a single base frame, which is supported and anchored to the floor with steel supports. The motor is mounted separately on the steel platform and is connected to the Lenze pre-stage gearbox via V-belts.

The machine itself is from 1979, but the control cabinets, ABB DC converter, and drive motor were all replaced after 1996, currently showing approximately 56,000 operating hours. The Lenze pre-stage gearbox was replaced in 2011, and the bearings in the DUO gearbox were also replaced in 2011. Individual process section housings in the plasticizing area were last replaced in 2011.

The roll cooler visible in the photos will be relocated by us to a smaller system and is therefore not available.
