Tunnel belt furnace used in our company for firing prints on glass.

The furnace consists of 5 heating zones and a cooling chamber.
Each heating zone is equipped with a G-Lehrs gas burner and two heat circulation fans, each with a power of 1.5 kW. In total, the furnace is fitted with 10 electric motors. Additionally, there is one gear motor for driving the mesh conveyor belt, also with a power of 1.5 kW.
Each section has individual temperature control, allowing a precise firing curve to be set for each product type.
The furnace was modernized by G-Lehrs, who converted the power supply from electric to propane gas.
In 2019, a thorough overhaul was carried out: the internal walls were replaced with new heat-resistant steel plates and insulated with ceramic wool rated up to 1260°C.
