The system is a laser cleaning cell from cleanLASER (model cleanCELL 2220), designed for industrial cleaning applications. In this instance, stainless steel components were cleaned prior to adhesive bonding. The unit was in use until the first quarter of 2024.

The cell is equipped with a 300-watt, diode-pumped ND:YAG laser, which enables precise and non-contact surface cleaning.

Components & Features:
- Workstation: The cleanCELL 2220 features an X-Y-Z axis system for precise laser head positioning, two workstations, and six workpiece holders.
- Conveyor System: A BOSCH Rexroth conveyor system ensures the transportation of workpieces.
- Peripherals: The system includes a TEKA extraction unit (LFE-301) for particle removal and a KLH cooling system for laser temperature regulation.
- Safety: Complete enclosure provides laser protection class 1 during operation. Spark detection is also integrated.

Maintenance & Condition:
The system underwent annual maintenance, with the last service performed on 05.01.2024. The resonator was previously replaced under warranty due to a decrease in output power.
Currently, the system has been relocated from its original site due to space constraints and is not connected to any power supply.

Spare Parts:
The scope of delivery includes a spare parts package containing various valves, timing belts, filter cartridges, desiccants, activated carbon filters, etc.

Handover & Collection:
Handover will take place at the seller’s premises. The unit will be available for collection there once the technical details related to dismantling are clarified.
Dismantling and removal are to be arranged and covered by the buyer, who assumes all associated risks and costs. The buyer must adhere to the site’s "Instructions and Regulations for External Companies" (details available on request).

A sales invoice will be issued by the seller based on the signed purchase agreement. Handover will occur after presentation of a transfer confirmation.
